Strengthening the MSME Ecosystem, SME Bureau Facilitates Member, Partner Synergy Through a Padel Friendly Match

JAKARTA, 16 December 2025 — SME Bureau (Credit Bureau Indonesia (CBI)) successfully hosted a strategic gathering titled “Padel Friendly Match” today at KYZN Kuningan. Designed as a collaboration hub, the event brought together Members and Partners within one connected ecosystem to accelerate business progress and advance MSME financial inclusion in Indonesia.

More than a sporting event, the friendly match served as a networking and relationship-building platform, connecting stakeholders across sectors in a relaxed setting. Tiffany Octaviana, Head of Business at SME Bureau, highlighted padel as a strategic choice to break down formal barriers and foster more personal, trust-based collaboration.

“Through a sport that’s gaining strong momentum, we created an inclusive space for our members and partners to connect meaningfully—both to support business growth and to strengthen relationships. We want this ecosystem to be a real, collaborative platform for everyone involved,” said Tiffany.

 

A Cross-Sector Collaborative Ecosystem

The strength of the SME Bureau ecosystem was reflected in the diversity of participants on court. A total of 30 players representing 15 strategic institutions actively joined the event. Strong support also came from business communities and associations, including Tangan Di Atas (TDA), Sahabat UMKM, Rumah BUMN Jakarta, BRIRINS (Link UMKM), The Entrepreneur Society (TES), and HIPMI Jaktim.

This collaboration was further strengthened by the presence of leading financial and payment institutions, including Bank Raya Indonesia, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), KB Bank, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), Kredit Pintar, DOKU, and Jack Finance. Long-standing members such as PT Solar Kita Teknologi and PT Integrity Indonesia also attended, underscoring the solid relationship between data solution providers and industry players.

Match Results

The matches were competitive yet highly supportive—maintaining a friendly atmosphere while keeping the excitement through the finals. This year’s winners were:

• 1st Place: Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI)
• 2nd Place: DOKU
• 3rd Place: HIPMI Jaktim

The event concluded with a productive networking session that opened up further partnership opportunities.
